1) My child has my permission and is expected to regularly attend the classes in which he/she is enrolled and to participate in all programs presented by those classes
2) In case of a serious emergency, which may necessitate immediate medical attention, my child will be taken to the nearest hospital emergency facility.
3) My child's participation in Sokol is completely voluntary and Sokol will not be held responsible for any loss of property or bodily injury.
4) All registrations are final.  THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS.
