-Media meeting at 12PM near the tire machine/garages
-A hi vis vest is required on track at all times.
-Please share at least some of your footage within 2 weeks of the event - ideally within 1 week. Even if it's only a handful of your favorite photos or a short video.
-Send links to Ray McDivitt when you publish an album so I can keep them in a pinned post on the event page so it's easier for everyone to find.
-Everyone who plans to go on track will need to spend time with an approved photographer to ensure we are comfortable with how you conduct yourself.
