If you are interested in taking a leadership class for the 2021-2022 school year, please complete this form.  A list of interested students will be submitted to the guidance counselors for scheduling.  Please understand leadership students must exhibit exceptional behavior on MGM's campus as well as maintain exemplary character off campus including on social media.  Leadership students are servant leaders, and they should maintain a C or above grade point average.  Students who have a history of being disciplined for misbehavior on campus may not be accepted into the program.
