Bestie Step-A-Thon June 2022
Okay Ladies!! 

Our Bestie’s MOVE Challenge 🤸🏼‍♂️ will begin this coming MONDAY 2/6!! Mark your calendar. Set you alarm. And get ready for a FUN challenge to get us excited to get out of bed or off the couch and move our bodies!! 

HOW MUCH IS IT: It is FREE to join us! BUT if you want a little skin in the game and are interested in winning some MONEYYYY for your hard work - VenMo @todaysthebestday $10 by MONDAY!! 

WHEN IS IT: The challenge will run for 3 weeks! February 6 - February 27! 

WHAT DO I DO: You move! However you want! You can walk. Run. Bike. Step. Hop. Jump. Hike. Literally anything! You just need to move for at least 20 minutes for it to count! 

HOW DO YOU KNOW I DID IT? You post a pic or video! You can show you in action! You can show us where you are! You can show us your feet! You can show us your pretty face! You can show us your watch with your steps! Anything that shows us you’re moving! 

WHERE DO I POST THIS PIC or VIDEO? Right here in our group! Every day I’ll have a post designated to the day - and you simply just post your photo or video in the comments! Each day that you post a pic/vid of what you did, is an entry to win the money! 

BONUS ENTRIES? Heck yeahhhh! There’s always a bonus when it comes to our Bestie Challenges! If you post your picture on YOUR Instagram or Facebook Stories and tag @todaysthebestday so I can see it - you will get a bonus entry each time! Also use our hashtag #BestiesMOVE so we can group them all together! 

PHEW!! I think that’s it for now - I’ll be back on to explain a few more details a little later!! But GUYS - THANK YOU for doing this with me!! I need this in my life!!! I know as we move our bodies, we will be able to continue to heal and grow! So happy to do this together!!
