Hey amazing volunteers, it's time to start getting organized for JANUARY camps!

Week 1: Sunday 5 – Friday 10 (Junior & Senior)
Week 2: Sunday 12 –  Friday 17 (Junior & Senior)
Week 3: Sunday 19 - Thursday 23 (Siblings)

Location: ‘Winbourne’ 1315 Mulgoa Rd, Mulgoa

Please be aware that this is a sign up form to express interest. Volunteers are required to be present for the entirety of the camp - please do not sign up if you can't be present for the whole camp! If you are unsure, please contact Emily.

Volunteers who have camped with us before will be given priority to be placed on camp. New volunteers may need to be placed on a waiting list if there is a high interest in camps. University Placement and Duke of Edinburgh Students: We can only allow a restricted number of you on each camp, so you may not be able to camp with your friends and you may be placed on a waiting list if there isn't enough room for everyone. By completing this expression of interest, you are not guaranteed a place on camp. Staff will finalise volunteers and contact you in the first week of DECEMBER to advise whether we have a place for you on board.

Please remember that ERC has a 1:1 ratio of kids to leaders, we choose the size of camps based off the number of volunteers who register. This means if you sign up for camp, and then pull out, we must find somebody else to fill your spot, or ask fewer children to attend. When you pull out of camp, it directly impacts the number of children we can have.
