- Identify applications of digital spatial profiling to pathology

Beyond the Bug: Unpacking the Pathology & Clinical Impact of Post-Hematopoietic Transplant Adenoviral Gastroenteritis
Objectives:
1. Tabulate the risk factors for adenoviral infections in hematopoietic cell transplant (HCT) recipients.
2. Understand the clinical outcomes of adenoviral gastroenteritis in immunocompromised post HCT patients
3. Recognize the histological features of adenoviral infection and integrate morphology and immunohistochemistry with lab data for an accurate diagnosis of this condition.
