Cars may arrive between 1:45pm and 2:45pm for set up.
All cars must check in to receive spot number
Decorations must be completed and cars manned by 3:00pm for trick or treaters.
No cars will be allowed into the parking lot after 2:45pm for safety purposes.
No car will be allowed to exit until after 5:00pm.
Participating vehicles are to supply their own candy. (no nuts or peanut butter please)
We will supply you with an estimate of how many trick-or-treaters we are expecting a few days before the event.

Prizes for the best decorated cars will be awarded
Car volunteers will receive 2 free child entry tickets to the event.
