Please complete this form for organizations/groups/vendor/crafters that are interested in having a booth space at the Suffield Summer Fair being held at the fields behind Suffield Middle and McAlister Schools, June 16 - 18, 2022. 6/16: 5-9pm; 6/17: 12-9pm; 6/18: 12-5pm.
There will be carnival rides from the Big E, food, live music on the stage, fireworks, and much more! We are looking forward to having you involved with a great weekend in Suffield!
Responses will be accepted until May 31, 2022* (*extended to give vendors time to plan) or until spaces are full.
