Ages 18+: NO tryout required, email us to enrol!

We aim to compete at the level we are competent at. This may mean the athlete is working on tumbling or stunt skills at higher levels than their team in class. Below we have added notes to help clarify skills needed for each level.

Novice - No experience necessary.

Level 1 - No experience necessary. Walkovers, cartwheels.

Level 2 - Front & Back handsprings.

Level 3 - Standing multiple back handsprings. Round off tuck.
