Jenny's Hula Hooping to a World Record
Hi, my name is Jenny and I'm a 29 year old Aussie, who moved to Chicago in April this year. I will be attempting to break the Guinness World Record for Marathon Hula Hooping at The District Brew Yards (417 N Ashland Ave, Chicago) on Tuesday November 19, starting at 7am.

The record is currently set at 75 hours and I'm aiming to hit 100 hours, during this time, I'll be live streaming my attempt on Twitch and fundraising for Mental Health America.

I would love to have your support and encouragement, to help me push through this lengthy challenge. If you're interested in participating, please fill in your details and feel free to share this with any colleagues, family or friends too. Cheers!

Availability to be a timekeeper
Guinness World Records requires two timekeepers to be present at all times, who will be responsible for verifying that I've followed the hula hooping rules and tracking my rest breaks. Timekeepers can work for 4 hours at a time, but you can tick any time slots that you could be available and I'll contact you to confirm final dates.

During the 4 hour timeslot, you'll just need to be there and generally keep an eye on me. Playing a board game (the Brew Yards has plenty), watching Netflix with me or working on your laptop is fine. You don't have to sit there and literally lock eyes with me for 4 hours, unless you really want to.

For individual volunteers: Upon completion of your timekeeping shift, you will receive a $25 District Brew Yards, to say thank you for your time.
For small businesses or groups: The District Brew Yards will allow you to bring in a display or promotional material to interact with customers as they come in during the event between 8am and 11pm.
Day 1: Tuesday Nov 19
Day 2: Wednesday Nov 20
Day 3: Thursday Nov 21
Day 4: Friday Nov 22
Day 5: Saturday Nov 23
