This information will be provided to TOSP to select the Officials for the 2024 WFTDA Regional Tournaments.  TOSP appreciates as much first hand feedback as possible.

Skating Official Feedback

* Skating skill, and whether skating is ever a distraction for themself or other refs on the track
* Rules knowledge, including whether actions are illegal
* Identification of who the initiator(s) are
* Identification of the impact of an illegal action
* Interactions with other officials; ability to collaborate and support others (including NSOs)
* Ability to adapt to a crew head or tournament head's request, especially when a new process or practice is requested

For the Crew Head position, we are interested in your direct and specific observations, examples of information we are looking for:

* Interactions with other SOs and NSOs during gameplay and time stoppages
* Interactions with the teams during gameplay, including answering ad-hoc questions and conducting Official Reviews
* Ability to support a crew and help the crew grow over the course of a tournament or season, including ability to provide constructive feedback
* Interactions with teams before and after the game (captains' meetings, expulsion meetings, follow-ups about performance for future games in the same tournament)
* Leadership style, and how this has worked with varied personalities of crew members
* How does this person select and organize crews? (i.e dealing with unanticipated roster changes)
* How does this person promote crew cohesion both in situations of official needing mentoring and / or effectively utilizing experienced / capable officials?
