Thank you for your interest in becoming a mentee in our Femme Palette Mentoring Program!
What's in it for you:
- 12 hours of 1:1 mentoring over 6 months
- Goals setting + progress tracking
- Access to Slack to communicate with you mentor
- Free access to 3 Femme Palette events (worth up to 250 CZK / ticket)
- Access to community of mentors and mentees
What are the steps:
Step 1. Sign up to be a mentee. Fill in the form below to show your interest.
Step 2. Once you finish the form, schedule a call with us to discuss your motivation, career goals and mentor preferences.
Step 3. After the call, we will let you know if you were selected and request the payment for 6 months of mentoring. We won't start looking for a mentor for you until we receive your payment.
Step 4. Mentor-Mentee match making. When we receive your payment, we'll start looking for a mentor that can help you achieve your goals. We reserve up to 3 weeks to find you the best match. We will inform you about the progress of the search and might ask you some clarifying information during this time period.
Step 5: We will connect you with your mentor via email and inform you about the next steps.
