Important Information

1. You are not considered fully signed up until we receive your payment and passport photo and this trip will fill up fast, so do them both ASAP (We will give you payment instruction when we respond to this application)
2. You will also need to send us a photo of your passport. You can do it after we respond to this application. After you hit "Submit" on this application form, go find your passport and take a photo of it with your phone ASAP so you'll have it handy when we respond. We can't apply for a permit for you until we have this photo.
