If you are in Middle School or High School you must meet the requirements listed below. Please mark your availability above, but be advised you may only be scheduled for certain days.
Requirements:
- Have completed at least the 6th grade.
- Be responsible and be focused on serving the children.
- Return the documents listed below, in compliance with our church-wide policy.
Documents provided by you:- Two letters of recommendation from two adults from the same congregation.
- A signed consent letter from your Campus Pastor.
Upon receipt of Child Protection Policy by email, you and your parent will complete and return the following:
- The signed approval from your parent or legal guardian.
- Your acceptance of the Child Protection Policy
