Pay what you can, Conquering CHD 50/50
Thank you for your interest in a session.  These sessions are located at St. Pauls Lutheran Church 428 N Erie St, Toledo, OH 43604.  The mural is on the rear of the building in the parking lot. Sessions are 15 minutes long and scheduled back to back from 5pm-8pm.  3 web-size digital images are provided with the session.  There may be additional images from your session available for purchase separately through your gallery. Please provide the following information so a time slot can be confirmed for you.  Once the form is filled out, a contract will be sent to your email address to be signed.  A $10 fee to confirm your session is required, after that it is up to you what you can pay or afford for the session.  50% of the amount you pay for the session goes to the Conquering CHD organization.  (photography session fees are typically $150)
