If you will not be attending the Bash in person, complete the absentee bid form by 12pm on Friday, March 18, 2022. You agree to the following conditions upon submitting the form:
1. I request that Friends of Rookery Bay (“Friends”) (EIN #65-0094703) enters bids on the following packages up to the maximum price Client (“Client”) has indicated for each package. Client understands that by submitting this bid, Client has entered into a bidding contract to purchase the individual packages, if Client’s bid is successful. Client understands that if bid is successful, Client will be obligated to pay the purchase price to the Friends within 24 hours of the event date.
2. Client must have a credit card and profile on record in Ready Set Auction in order for Absentee Bid form to be valid.
3. Client understands that the Friends executes absentee bids as a convenience for Clients, and is not responsible for inadvertently failing to execute bids or for errors relating to execution of bids, including computer-related errors. On my behalf, Friends will try to purchase these lots for the lowest possible price, taking into account the reserve and other bids.
4.  If identical absentee bids are left, the Friends will give precedence to the first one received.  Online bidding closes at 12pm EST on Friday, March 18, 2022.
5. The Friends will confirm receipt of absentee bid form and final sales results via email.
