LGBTQIA PRIDE Virtual Family Game Night!
Join us for another Fun-Filled and Learning Night of Games and Trivia Friday May 21st at 6pm. Though June is LGBTQ Pride Month, the DEI+B committee would like to honor Long Beach's Pride tradition by hosting the event in May. Gather your family around the computer for trivia, Bingo (hosted by one of Long Beach's incredible Drag Queens), and lots of family fun and a chance to win prizes. RSVP Below. We will play music during the event and breaks and would love to create a playlist of musicians and groups to share with families. Please share some of your favorite artists and songs to be included.
Bixby Elementary PTA DEI+B Committee
The Bixby Elementary PTA Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging Committee is a new committee of the Bixby Elementary PTA.  Our mission is the same as the LBCPTA Diversity and Inclusion Committee which is to promote an enriching and supporting climate with a racial, gender, and social equity lens that allows all members of the LBUSD community to thrive and succeed. Each month we will be highlighting/celebrating holidays and months that promote diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging. This program is part of that celebration.
