Fall 2020 – Presenter Information

This form serves as confirmation of your interest in participating as a Fall 2020 workshop presenter. Completed forms are due no later than August 13, 2020. If co-presenting with a buddy, please only submit one(1) form. Upon receipt of this form, we will reach out to you with next steps.

Event Date: October 10, 2020

Location: Camp Laughing Waters, Gilbertsville, Montgomery County PA OR online via Zoom (final decision for location will be made in September)

Workshops: Sessions are 1 hour each (regardless of in-person or online)

Materials: GSEP will provide consumable materials for all workshops (craft supplies, handouts etc.). Distribution of the supplies will be communicated in September and will be based on the location of the event. You may ask participants to bring tools or other household items (scissors, glue stick, paper towel roll, glass jar, etc.).

Space:
- If in-person, workshops will be in kitchen shelters, cabin common areas, and outdoors, and will consider all social distancing guidelines. If you need any special requirements, such as tables or electrical outlet, please indicate below. We will try our best to accommodate these needs when assigning your workshop location.
- If online, workshops will be held via the online platform Zoom. GSEP staff will provide training and support.
