Please note that if you are under 18 years of age at the time of this request, your parent will need to email KHS Registrar Cynthia Knowles in order to have your test scores appear on the transcript. The email address for Ms. Knowles is cknowles@konawaenahigh.k12.hi.us.

If you are a Konawaena High alumnus, the charge for each transcript ordered is $1.00 payable at the Konawaena High Business Office.
