2022-23 CarSO Exec Board application
We're searching to create an awesome team of students who want to make Science Olympiad even better! You can apply to one or multiple positions.

Administrative Chair:
 • Running internal communications with the club
 • Taking minutes during meetings
 • Planning internal club events and meetings

Finance Chair:
 • Coordinating fundraising
 • Maintaining accurate ledger and financial records
 • Approving all expenditures from the organization financial account
 • Approving (i.e. signing) all requests for allocations from third-party sources
 • Delivering a financial report to the membership once a semester in Fall and Spring
 • Applying for all grants from third-party sources

Logistics Chair:
 • Run team registration for the invitational
 • Coordinate with the university to book rooms and facilities for the invitational
 • Ensure proper paperwork is completed for the club
 • General logistical planning for the invitational

Media Chair:
 • Create graphics for posters, tshirts, et
 • Run social media and outreach
 • Update and organize the website

Service Chair:
 • Gathering volunteers for the club
 • Mentoring local schools to help prepare them for competitions
 • Creating outreach opportunities to assist rural and underserved schools
