The Ashdown Coffee Hour Committee has allocated a Food Fund that can be used by all residents to either bring food from a particular cuisine to share with everyone at Coffee Hour or organize a cultural activity at Coffee Hour!

The Food Fund will provide up to $75 of funding. Food fund organizers are responsible for bringing their own food to Coffee Hours or organizing their own activities at Coffee Hour. We encourage food fund applicants to apply in groups!

Additional details:
1) Coffee Hours generally occur every Thursday between 8:00 PM and 9:00 PM.
2) The food fund is applicable only to regular coffee hours; food fund events will not occur during special coffee hours.
3) During coffee hour, food fund organizers will receive one table (or more by request) on which to set up food or activities.
4) Applications with a larger number of organizers will be prioritized.
5) Please submit your application at least 1 week in advance of the proposed date to allow time for approval and publicity.
6) Further details including reimbursement instructions will be sent to successful applicants.
