This training will be delivered online from New Zealand and the above times are for the NZ, AUS and US (PST) time zones.  For other international participants please check your respective time zone!

Cancellations
Are subject to a $75 administration fee and must be made in writing at least 8 days prior to the workshop date to qualify for a refund of the balance paid.  If you cancel with less than 8 days’ notice, you will be refunded 50%.
Note that once a participant has started engaging in a training we are unable to do any refunds.
In the unlikely event of us having to cancel due to a lack of participants or other unforeseen circumstances, we will refund your paid workshop fees but are unable to reimburse you for further costs such as travel, airfares and accommodation.

TRANSFER OF REGISTRATION to another person: Registrations are transferable IN FULL to another person on notification. Where an attendee can only attend for part of training, transfer of the remainder of the registration to another person is not possible.
