Each month your Scheduling account will receive booking codes. You’ll be able to schedule your sessions with these codes or with your registered email.

One-to-One sessions expire 4 weeks from the date received and do not roll over.
Bundled one-to-one sessions can be transferred to friends and family but must be used within 4 weeks of being issued.
All sessions require a 24 hour reschedule/cancellation to avoid loss of a session. Once you are within 24 hours of your appointment the booking system will not allow any changes to be made.
Active clients are able to be log workouts and see full details that have an an active customized plan, one-to-one coaching/training, group challenge or video on-demand subscription.
Past workouts are not available to repeat if they haven’t been assigned by your coach and/or if you are no longer active in one of the above services.
You're able to see basic details about previous workouts when your account is no longer active. Non-active clients will have limited access to the coaching app when your account becomes archived.
