This form is for VBPS students in 6th grade through 12th grade who are currently enrolled in BOS (fully virtual) and would like to change to VBPS In-Person classroom for the remainder of the 2021-2022 school year.

This CHANGE in student learning enrollment will be effective at the start of SECOND SEMESTER, January 24, 2022 until June 10, 2022.

This will be your ONLY opportunity to select the In-Person Classroom Learning for the remainder of the school year.

Please complete the form below to change your student's enrollment selection for the 2021-2022 school year.  If your student will remain in BOS (fully virtual), you DO NOT need to submit this form.  Only complete this form if you are CHANGING your student from fully virtual to in-person learning.  

A separate form must be completed for EACH student you would like to move from the virtual learning platform to In-Person Learning for the remainder of the 2021-2022 school year.

ALL STUDENTS CHANGING ENROLLMENT must have a form submitted by 11:59PM on 12/17/2021 to confirm their enrollment selection.  This is a binding commitment for the remainder of 2021-2022 school year.
