Please join us Saturday December 4th for our annual holiday throwdown! Register your Team of 4 in one of the division. Scaled, intermediate, or Rx.  You can find the workouts and other information on our facebook event page https://fb.me/e/21PVjnJ4J.  Teams will be made up of 2 males and 2 females.  This is a charity event and this year we are donating the money from registration to the EHP scholarship fund so we can help those that want to join our community.  Cost per team is $120 ($30 per person) and will be paid in cash or check the day of the event.
