Please read, acknowledge, and agree to the terms below to process your application to become our Partner.

I, (____signature______), acknowledge that as a reseller partner of VIRUS INTL, I must adhere to the following terms & conditions:

Clause 1: Upon applying as a Partner, I must commit to a specific discount tier for a minimum of one year before requesting a change in discount level. Once a tier is chosen, even if I reach a higher minimum, I will have the same discount rate applied for one year.

Clause 2: There are no minimums on how many orders must be placed in a year, but if I choose to be in the gold tier for example, then each time I place an order within the year, it must reach $5,000 minimum to receive the respective 50% off discount. This applies to all tiers.

Clause 3: As a Reseller, I have the responsibility to place accurate orders (by quantity and size) and understand that there is a no refund policy as a VIRUS INTL Reseller. Unless there is damaged or defected product, where store credit is issued, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for wrong sizes or quantities ordered because that falls under the responsibility of the Reseller Partner to ensure accurate orders are made in exchange for getting access to an exclusive discount rate.

Clause 4: As a VIRUS INTL Reseller, I have the right to purchase merchandise from VIRUS at my reseller discount and coordinate any embellishment printing on the items once they are purchased and on-hand. These items can be resold under the conditions of Clause 4. I also have the option to work directly with VIRUS INTL who can provide co-branded merchandise if a minimum order requirement of 250 pieces PER STYLE is met. Please mark below if you are interested in receiving information about COLLAB projects with VIRUS (co-branded gear).

Clause 5: In either case (Reseller or COLLAB), if VIRUS merchandise is being re-sold, I as the Partner must charge at minimum the same price as the retail MSRP prices declared on the VIRUS website for any items I resell. I acknowledge that I cannot resell VIRUS merchandise at a price lower than the stated product MSRP on the main website, but I can charge the same or higher MSRP prices per product at my discretion.

Clause 6: If I am a general Reseller Partner and/or reselling co-branded merchandise, I cannot claim any VIRUS INTL merchandise to be my own. It has to be stated that this merchandise is fully produced by VIRUS INTL, even if my logo is embellished on this merchandise.

AUTHORIZATION OF THIRD-PARTY PRINTING SERVICES & RELEASE FROM LIABILITY IN PRINTING SERVICES

I, (____signature______), authorize VIRUS INTL to pass my order to a trusted third party printing service. The customer agrees to cover any and all printing costs associated with their order. Customer recognizes that the option to choose their own printer is available at any time, and that this referral is a courtesy offered by VIRUS INTL. Once the order leaves VIRUS' fulfillment center, the customer agrees to release any liability that may come from the order or any issues thereafter once the order is received by the third party printer. The customer agrees that there shall be no refunds or discounts from VIRUS INTL if the customer is not satisfied with the order at any point after the order has left VIRUS' fulfillment center.
