3-  Shipping is free only in Cairo. A fee of 15 EGP is added to deliver anywhere outside Cairo.

-  Exchange Policy :
If for any reason you found that your shoes style didn't suit you or it didn't fit you well. Simply exchange can be done within 4 days of receiving the order, you can exchange it with another size, color or style. you will only be charged with one way exchange postage of 40 EGP.
Kindly note that these are the fees for the courier service. We cover 60% of the courier service.

- Return Policy :
We know you are going to love your shoes. But for any reason you don`t, you`re welcome to return them in an unworn condition with 4 days of receiving your order, you will only pay for one way return postage which is 50 EGP.

Refund usually takes 10 working days to be delivered as for money transfer, specialized couries perform it as being authorized from the government.

Based on many feedback we have collected from our valuable customers; we do recommend to order your usual size. and if you are between two sizes then choose the bigger one as our designs are slightly pointed.
