Model UN Youth Summit trip to Wanaka, 2021

The day-long youth summit is set up to inspire young leaders to be active, global citizens. Open to all students in
Years 9 -13 in the Southern Lakes and Central Otago districts. Dunstan will be sending up to 20 students. You need to complete this form to apply for the experience. Applications close Friday July 9.

We are interested in selecting students who have an active interest in global affairs and current issues facing the UN. There will be a preference will be given to students who want to learn about the UN and who show an active interest in the world around them. Ideal candidates for this opportunity will be students who can represent Dunstan with pride, work in a team, are independent learners and care about people.

You will be selected for this trip based on your answers in this form, your FNR and teacher testimony.

We are wanting to re-create an event like this for the Year 9-10 students during Term 4 and are looking for people involved in this trip to help support and facilitate this.
