The Zero Energy Now 2022 incentive of up to $5,000 is no longer available, as our current incentive funding has now been depleted. We are presently working to secure funding for 2023, and beyond.
In the meantime, we are building a waiting list of homeowners interested in pursuing the ZEN incentive in 2023, and we encourage you to work with a ZEN Coordinator or Contractor to develop a ZEN project.
Even without the ZEN incentive, a well-developed project that incorporates the ZEN standards and strategies can leverage an average of between $15,000 and $20,000 in other currently available incentives and tax credits, and ZEN remains an exceptionally cost effective approach to eliminating fossil fuel and carbon emissions in your home! Additional Federal incentives, becoming available in 2023, will make this even easier!
If and when a direct Zero Energy Now incentive becomes available, that will also be available for any project enrolled prior to our obtaining that funding.
