This is a one-year commitment and a unique opportunity to be developed as you learn what it means to be a leader in the Kingdom of God. Leaders have influence, and influence begins in the ways we surrender our lives to God & choose to serve Him on His terms.

InterVarsity doesn’t guarantee a leadership position for every applicant. However, it does guarantee a helpful opportunity to process what God is doing in your life and an opportunity to consider what God is inviting you into this year. Even if joining the leader's team may not be the best next step for you in this season, our hope is that you will continue to serve and grow in your walk with Jesus in our InterVarsity community.
