SARE Las Vegas 2024 Application Form
Join SARE in Las Vegas from April 26-29, 2024 to celebrate our FOURTH BIRTHDAY! This is a real estate educational and networking field trip that is designed, organized and led by non-professional real estate enthusiasts. You'll need to do your own due diligence. (MAX LIMIT: 40 SIGN UPS)

*****THIS FIELD TRIP IS NOT AVAILABLE TO ANY LOCAL AGENTS, LENDERS, OR REAL ESTATE INDUSTRY PROFESSIONAL WITHOUT A PERSONAL INVITATION BY THE SARE ADMINS. This is only for those who are traveling to the area or local, first-timer real estate investors who can come join us for the entire duration of the trip. We will organize meetup opportunities for locals to meet us when we are in town. Please check our Facebook group calendar for future updates.*****

Completing this form does not mean that you are automatically accepted. 
We will send out invoices via email to people who are accepted. To confirm your spot, there is a $300/person field trip fee payable to Subtle Asian Real Estate LLC through subtleasianrealestate@gmail.com via Zelle, @subtlere via Venmo (business account), ACH or by check. Contact us for details if you wish to pay by ACH and check. Please be sure to include your full name. The field trip includes 5 group-organized meals (2 breakfasts, 2 lunches & 1 dinner) for the duration of the event. We will share the itinerary with you and add you to our private Field Trip Facebook chat upon receipt of the payment. 

These fees go toward covering our operational costs, meals, cover guest speakers' meals, and cushion money to cover tax/tips for restaurants, etc. Any extra funding from the event will go toward SARE operational costs to keep our lights on.

Refunds & Transfers
Refunds are permitted within the first 14 days of payment, minus any processing fees that we are charged (namely Venmo or PayPal; no charges with Zelle or ACH). Beyond the 14 days, refunds and ticket transfers are permitted until  days of the event with a $100 cancellation fee. Transfers may not be used toward local guests who are in the real estate industry. Fees are non-refundable if cancellations occur within 7 days prior to the start of the event. Any openings through cancellations will go to the next person on waitlist. We will be not be responsible for any other costs incurred due to any trip cancellations or delays.

Fine Print
You are responsible for your own flights, hotel, rental car fees, activity fees, etc. Alcohol or extras are not included with the group meals; you'll need to order and pay for that separately.
We are unable to make exceptions for dietary restrictions.
We do not do prorations for those who arrive late or depart early.
We will be taking pictures and videos during the event for social media and marketing purposes.

  • Friday, April 26th (Optional) - Arrive in Las Vegas (LAS), attend the SARE Las Vegas Welcome Meetup, check out the Strip
  • Saturday, April 27th (Residential) - Seminars, Networking Lunch, Site Visits, evening SARE Birthday event @ Admin Airbnb
  • Sunday, April 28th (Residential) - Site Visits, To-go lunch, Night Life (Optional)
  • Monday, April 29th (Commercial) - Broker Meeting, Site Visit, & Departure
