Approval is required by a commission chair, deacon body, or pastor.  Messages must be church-related (including outreach events, Bible verses, service information, church sponsored events, etc.) Personal or outside messages relating to school announcements, sporting events, promotion of individual or private parties, advertising of business, etc. will not be approved.
