Thank you for your interest in Dance Camp at Affinity Dance Unlimited! Please fill out the following form for each dancer that wishes to attend. You may select multiple weeks. Half day camps are from 9am until 12pm and cost $185 per week. Full day camps are from 9am until 3pm and cost $240 per week. Please note that a $50 deposit per week is required to hold your spot. You do have the option to request extended hours for $75 from 8am-4pm. Once you have completed this form, an email with further instructions on completing enrollment, payment information and itinerary will be sent to the email provided.
