You can only request a hit in a open Hitman post.
A Hitman is only allowed to have one hit at a time.
A Hitman can not deny a hit after claiming it.

If the person that the hit is on has not joined for 72 Hours you can unclaim the hit and type for the reason of They are in hiding.

To become a hitman it will cost you 500k Illegal and already being on the target list, after doing a interview. *
The minimal amount for a hit is 50k. *
