Benefits:  Our therapist provides a safe, non-judgmental space to discuss whatever is going on in their lives. It is great for strengthening self-esteem and learning new ways to cope. This group allows them the opportunity to make connections and feel supported while gaining better, more effective communication and socialization skills that will help navigate peer conflict. It affords them the chance to support others through listening, while being able to voice their own opinions and know they are being heard.
