This is an optional order form to streamline the process. If you prefer, you are free to instead send me a casual email at bunnyohalo@gmail.com with your request!

Once this form is submitted I will review it and contact you to confirm what you want along with the total price and ask for details to send you an invoice . Be sure to fill out the contact info at the end or I will not be able to reach you.

Filling out a form does NOT guarantee you a commission.
no work will begin until the invoice is paid as stated in my TOS.
