We are excited to inform you about the next edition of Augenschmaus Creators Market, which takes place on the 8th of November 2020 at the Kulturzentrum beim Nëssert in Bergem.
 
The local community of Mondercange wishes to support the artistic and creative fields by proposing this mini-festival as a location for exchange and inspiration. The goal is to promote artistic creation and to allow creators and artists to broadcast their creations to a wider audience.

Due to an increased demand in previous years and the limited availability of slots, the participation for Augenschmaus 2020 will be decided through an application/selection process.
30 participants are to be retained. Participation will be free.

Applications include:
- Completed application document
- 5 pictures of your work/creations/products (high resolution)

Selection criteria:
- To be identified and harmonize with the event’s character and concept (originality, a feel of "DIY", creativity,…)

Please send us your application until 31 May 2020. Selected participants will receive a confirmation letter and flyers of the event as soon as they are available.

The venue will be available to exhibitors for the assembly of their stand on Saturday, November 7, from 15:00 to 18:00 and Sunday, November 8 from 9:00 to 10:00. Tables and black back-walls (rags on construction grids = magnets can be used) are available on site. You will have to arrange the equipment for hanging / fixing / presenting your work.

Augenschmaus will open its doors to visitors from 10 am to 7 pm on Sunday, November 8, 2020. Catering and music will be provided.

Nous avons le plaisir de vous informer, que la prochaine édition du marché des créateurs Augenschmaus aura lieu le 8 novembre 2020 au Centre Culturel Beim Nëssert à Bergem.

La Commune de Mondercange souhaite soutenir les acteurs du domaine artistique en leur proposant ce mini-festival comme lieu d’échange et d’inspiration. Le but est de valoriser les arts visuels et graphiques et de permettre aux créateurs et aux artistes de diffuser leurs créations auprès d’un large public.

En raison de la demande accrue par rapport aux années précédentes et la limitation des places disponibles, la participation au marché des créateurs Augenschmaus se fera par
sélection des dossiers de candidature retenus. Seuls 30 places sont à pourvoir. La participation est gratuite.

Le dossier comportera:
- document de candidature complété
- 5 images des oeuvres (haute résolution)

Les critères de sélection:
- sujet adapté à l'évènement (originalité, un carachtère “DIY”)

Veuillez nous envoyer votre dossier de candidature jusqu’au 31 mai 2020, au plus tard. Les participants retenus recevront une lettre de confirmation ainsi que des flyers de l'évènement dès que ceux-ci seront disponibles.

La salle sera accessible aux exposants pour le montage de leur stand le samedi 7 novembre 2020 de 15h00-18h00 et le dimanche 8 novembre de 09h00-10h00. Des tables et des panneaux noirs sont à votre disposition sur place. Vous devrez vous-même vous charger du matériel d'accrochage/de fixation/de présentation de vos travaux.

Augenschmaus ouvrira ses portes aux visiteurs de 10h00-19h00 le dimanche 8 novembre 2020. Un catering et un encadrement musical sera assuré ce jour-là.
