We know that Family Engagement is critical to the success of our students.  Studies have shown that schools that engage families find that their students have higher grades, are better readers, have better attendance, and are more likely to graduate.  
This form is meant to give feedback to your child's school regarding their Family Involvement Activities in order to help them design a program that will better meet the needs of you and your family.
