We* are launching the ‘Glow Heat Pump Community’ and would like your help. Our goal is to help people make better informed decisions as they explore whether or not a heat pump is right for them - we will use energy consumption data to provide data driven guidance on their home's suitability and what operating costs are like to be. Community members will be able to learn from other consumers’ experience. Post installation, we'll continue to provide the measurements to help you optimise heat pump performance.

If you have a heat pump can you give us five to ten minutes of your time to help us get the approach right for people like you? (If you can give us more time, great, we've additional questions we'd like to ask but the first five questions will take you five minutes maximum). Also, if you are interested, we are recruiting for some consumer research - we'd need an hour of your time for which you'd be paid £100 (if you qualify) - details at the end of survey. No questions are mandatory.

Note: By ‘heat pump’ or ’heat pump system’ we mean the heat pump unit and the rest of the heating system – storage tanks, controls etc.
