PULSE Alive is a large-scale performing arts event, celebrating talented students from NSW public schools in Greater Sydney and beyond. It provides high quality opportunities in music, dance, drama, visual arts and public speaking to students from all over the state.

PULSE Alive 2021 will be held on Monday 13 September at Ken Rosewall Arena, Sydney Olympic Park.

A massed choir of over 1000 students from Years 3-12 will form the backbone of this dynamic performing arts event which will play to an audience of over 2500.

Please note, this category of involvement is not for choirs who wish to perform their own item at PULSE Alive 2021. If you wish to submit your own item for consideration at the event, you can do so here: https://forms.gle/T7HZaZq8BtS2kBJ8A.

Please note, in 2021 there is no audition video required to be part of the massed choir and no upper limit on the number of students each school can nominate. We encourage all schools to extend this opportunity to the widest range of students possible. Teachers will be informed of the final numbers accepted into the event once all applications close. This decision will be based on venue capacity for rehearsals and performances as well as ensuring access to the event is open to as many schools as possible.

I understand that there is a participation fee of $48 per student (inc. GST) to participate in PULSE Alive 2021 and this will be direct debited from my school in early Term 3, once final numbers have been submitted.

I understand that students must be supervised at all times whilst participating in PULSE Alive 2021. I understand that no relief days are provided for participation in PULSE Alive 2021 - all relief for teachers from participating schools in the Combined Choir is the responsibility of those schools.
