Thank you for ordering with us! 

This form is not an automatic guarantee for your order. We will contact you by email once we have received your pre-order. Your order will be then confirmed once we receive 1) written confirmation that your order is correct, and 2) the pre payment of the total amount.
Please note if we don't receive a confirmation on time, your order might be cancelled.

Pick-up options: - MOON Shop / Wednesday to Saturday from 9:00 to 19:00 and Sunday from 9:00 to 16:00. Address: Bertastrasse 4, 8003 Zürich. Phone number: 043 333 26 04
(MOON Shop will be closed on Tuesdays during June, July and August).

When to order: Buns and individual cakes can be picked-up within 3 days. For large cakes we need at least 5 days of notice from ordering to pick-up. Orders for Mondays and Tuesdays are not possible.

Pre-payment: All large cakes are made especially for you, therefore we will kindly ask for pre-payment to ensure pick-up on the day. Payment at MOON Shop is unfortunately not possible since we are two different companies. Twint, bank transfer and link for credit card payment will be provided for your convenience. We thank you in advance for your understanding.

PS: Gluten free cakes have an additional 10% surcharge. Please note all our products may contain traces of gluten, nuts and soy. Special flavours request have an additional fee accordingly.
