Stall Information
You will be provided with the following:

• 10’ x 10’ booth - One table - Two chairs
• Electric drop (you will be responsible for bringing your own extension cable and power strip)
• Open internet access may be available. But if you require a stable connection, you will need to make your own arrangements

The stall fee for this year is $300 US dollars.  Fee must be paid in advance by 5th June. Payment instructions will be sent out later to eligible members after conditional approval of your stall request

It will be the responsibility of the stall owner to keep the booth closed during Jalsa sessions. Our team will ensure that this rule is observed strictly.

You will have access to the Jalsa site starting on Wednesday, 15th June 2022. Please ensure that your Stall is set-up by Thursday, 16th June 2022.  

It is necessary for you or an assigned representative from your department to be present at the booth on Thursday, 16th June 2022 during the inspection.
