Inviting activists and supporters to come together to celebrate the 20th birthday of Write for Rights, Amnesty's annual global letter-writing marathon since 2001.

Join us at the Griffith Uni South Bank campus for a celebration with a women's rights focus - sharing stories of Write for Rights over the years, learning about two cases in the 2021 campaign for young women, Rung Panusaya from Thailand and Ciham Ali from Eritrea and sharing ideas for holding your own Write for Rights events.

We will start with an informal catch-up to reconnect after a while of not being able to meet up face-to-face, followed by speakers.

Meet other activists and members of the regional Activism Leadership Committee (ALC), share supper and cake and enjoy the city view from the balcony.
