Utah's Own supports a variety of different products. Mark the main purpose(s) of your business below:
Grow food: includes raw agricultural products, e.g. fresh fruits, vegetables, grains, and nuts that are cultivated on farmland located in the state of Utah.
Raises food: includes products derived from animals or domestic game - beef, pork, lamb, poultry, rabbit, fish, elk, bison, deer, beefalo, - that are raised by Utah farmers and ranchers.
Produces/Manufactures food: transforming or combining raw agricultural ingredients with other ingredients to create a new product (tomatoes to salsa; berries to jam; flour to bread or mix; corn into chips; cacao into chocolate).
Prepares food: a business that is engaged or related to the practice of commercial food preparation and service (restaurants, food trucks, food carts, food delivery).
Body Product: Products made from a raw agricultural ingredient and transformed into a body care product such as soap, lip balm, lotion, cream, etc. Body care products are intended to be rubbed, poured, sprinkled or sprayed on the body.
Dietary Supplement: The law defines dietary supplements in part as products taken by mouth that contain a "dietary ingredient." Dietary ingredients include vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and herbs or botanicals, as well as other substances that can be used to supplement the diet.
Other agricultural products: agricultural products grown and harvested in the state of Utah not intended for food consumption such as fiber, leather, nursery, sod, ornamentals, flowers, wood.
