VOLUNTEER AGREEMENT AND CODE OF CONDUCT
Please read the following carefully before proceeding to the application form.
This Volunteer Agreement is a description of the arrangement between Seven Hillz Productions Foundation (SHPF) and you (the volunteer) in relation to your voluntary work. The intention of this agreement is to assure you that we appreciate your efforts in volunteering with us and to indicate our commitment to do the best we can to make your experience with us a positive and rewarding one. The volunteer understands that the relationship with Seven Hillz Productions Foundation is limited to a volunteer position and that no compensation is expected in return for services provided by the volunteer.
1. INDUCTION AND TRAINING
We provide thorough induction on the work of SHPF, its staff, your volunteering role and the training necessary to perform your volunteering role.
2. SUPERVISION, SUPPORT AND FLEXIBILITY
SHPF encourages volunteers to take on a variety of roles as required and to adhere to the code of conduct stipulated by SHPF.
3. EXPENSES
There will be no reimbursements for the expenses, require written prior approval is obtained from the management of SHPF or if the expenses are officially requested by the management.
4. WAIVER AND RELEASE
The volunteer release forever discharges and holds SHPF harmless from any or all liabilities, claims and demands of whatever kind or nature, either in law or equity, which arise or hereafter arises from the services that the volunteer provided to SHPF. The volunteer understands that this release discharges SHPF from any liability or claim from the volunteer in the event of any bodily injury, illness, death or property damages that may arise whilst performing volunteer duties.
5. INSURANCE
The volunteer understands and accepts that SHPF will not be purchasing any insurance coverage for the volunteer and the volunteer hereby expressly waives such claim for compensation or liability from SHPF in the event of any medical or property damage expenses occurred.
6. PHOTOGRAPHIC/MEDIA RELEASE
The volunteer grants and conveys to Seven Hillz Production Foundation all rights, titles and interests in any and all photographs, videos or audio recordings of the volunteer or any likeness made by SHPF and its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, licensees, successors and assigns to make use of my appearance in the program(s) while providing the volunteer services.
7. TERMINATION
The volunteer service may be terminated immediately with or without cause by SHPF or the volunteer to give two-week notice in writing.
8. CONFIDENTIALITY
All volunteers are required to abide by the confidentiality clause of the SHPF and undertake not to divulge any information meant for internal circulation to any person or sources outside Seven Hillz Productions Foundation.
9. CONDUCT EXPECTATIONS
- Treat every individual with honesty, dignity and respect.
- Contribute to a cooperative and positive working environment.
- Be committed in your volunteering duties and responsibilities.
