PROGRAM EXPLANATION
After School Care (“ASC”) provides care for students based on the hours below. Monthly rates also include “Fun Friday” activities.

P2: Care from 3:00 – 5:00 pm. For pick-up, a grace period will be given from 5:00 – 5:05 pm. After 5:05 pm, a charge of $5 per 5-minute interval, or portion thereof, will be assessed.
P3-8th grade: Care from 3:00/3:15 – 5:30 pm. For pick-up, a grace period will be given from 5:30 – 5:35 pm. After 5:35 pm, a charge of $5 per 5-minute interval, or portion thereof, will be assessed.

MONTHLY PAYMENT SCHEDULE / ENROLLMENT & REENROLLMENT

Monthly ASC Rates

P2: $210/month from July to April, for care from August to May
P3-8th grade: $185/month from July to April, for care from August to May

When enrolling or reenrolling in Monthly ASC, the monthly ASC fee is added to your FACTS automatic payment plan for the school year or remainder thereof, unless an ASC Cancellation Form is submitted.
To avoid a late fee, the ASC Enrollment Form must be received by the KCS Office by 4 pm on the 20th of the month prior to enrolling or reenrolling in Monthly ASC. Example: Submit the ASC Enrollment Form by September 20 in order to enroll in ASC beginning in October.
If enrollment or reenrollment occurs after the 20th but before the last business day of the month before starting ASC, a $20 late fee (per child) is added to the monthly rate for the first month.
Once the month has started, only Occasional Care is available.

CANCELLATIONS
An online ASC Cancellation Form should be submitted to the KCS Office by the 20th of the month prior. Once submitted, the student is canceled from Monthly ASC for the remainder of the school year. A $20 processing fee will be assessed if the cancellation form is submitted after the 20th of the month prior to the month cancellation begins.

OCCASIONAL CARE PROCEDURES
Occasional Care Rates

P2: $27/child/afternoon
P3-8th grade: $23/child/afternoon

Students not signed up for Monthly ASC may stay for Occasional Care.
Once a student begins a month on Occasional Care (“OC”), he/she cannot be switched to Monthly ASC for that month.
Please notify your child’s teacher and the Office (office@kaimukichristian.org) if he/she will be staying for Occasional Care on particular day(s).
You will be billed for the number of days your child attends OC for a particular month. The amount due will be added to your FACTS automatic payment plan as a separate payment and is due on or around the 20th of the following month, unless otherwise communicated. Example: Your 1st grader stays for Occasional Care on October 5 and October 12. You will receive an email invoice for $46 in November, which will be automatically paid through your FACTS account on or around November 20.
