We will process your personal data provided via your registration online, telephone, email or in person for the purpose(s) of contacting you with relevant information in relation to you offering support to the community throughout the Coronavirus pandemic.
The legal basis for processing this personal data is consent. Your personal data will not be transferred outside of the EEA, will be kept securely by The Kenilworth Centre and will be retained for 5 years (or less should the project end before 31 March 2025).
In certain circumstances, your name, telephone number and email address may be shared with specific third parties who collaborate with COVID-19 Support Kenilworth. They will process your personal data for the purpose(s) of providing support. The Kenilworth Centre is the Data Controller of this information and is committed to protecting the rights of individuals in line with Data Protection Legislation.
