I hereby permit HFNM to use photographs, images and/or recordings containing my picture/image, likeness, name and/or voice (the “Recordings”) in promotional, advertising, public relations and/or information materials (the “Materials”) related to HFNM's mandate and activities, and to provide the Recordings to third parties, including but not limited to press or sponsors, to be included in articles, advertisements or other materials only as they relate to HFNM and its activities, in each case without further notice or compensation to me. I further acknowledge and confirm that the Materials and the Recordings are and will remain the exclusive property of TIFF.
