Winter '22 Middle School Extended Day Contract
Our Extended Programs continue to grow in enrollment and offerings aimed at meeting the needs of our students and families beyond the school day. Due to the vast co-curricular offerings at the Middle School (e.g., athletics, theater, etc.), enrollment in the Middle School Core Extended Day program is done seasonally (Fall, Winter, Spring) rather than annually. These contracts follow Middle School Athletics season dates as follows:

Aug 30 to Nov 4 - Fall
Nov 7 to Feb 24 - Winter
Feb 27 to Jun 2 - Spring

Program highlights will continue to include supervised study halls, ample opportunities to play outside and indoors, and a strong sense of community with particular emphasis on student socialization and Social Emotional Learning opportunities.

Enrollment in the Core Extended Day Program does not include free enrollment for all early dismissals and clerical days. To register for any period of time on a half day or conference day, please use the drop-in link: https://tinyurl.com/2223dropin

Families may select from the enrollment plans below. (Pricing also below). Those on 3 and 2-day plans must schedule which days of the week their child will be in attendance. To enroll your child in St. Michael’s Extended Programs Core Extended Day, please select the applicable enrollment plan below and digitally sign below where indicated. A separate form must be completed FOR EACH CHILD.

Families in need of a single day of after-school care outside of an enrollment contract may request drop-in at a daily rate of $23 until 4:30pm or $39 until 6:00pm. Both require 24-hour notice and depend on availability.

The enrollment of a student is a contract for the applicable 2022-23 school year Winter season. There is no rebate or credit for absence or withdrawal for any reason or for suspension or dismissal after the session starts. All plans are billed seasonally throughout the school year. Signing below indicates we understand our obligation to pay the full tuition and fees is unconditional and no portion of the above charges paid or outstanding will be refunded or cancelled in the event of withdrawal, dismissal, suspension or absence of the above student from the School.

The full balance due will be billed out in one invoice in early November.
