Please complete this school meal request survey to let us know if would like to pick-up a district breakfast and lunch for your student during the 20-21 school year for  remote/ virtual learning. These meals are available to all children age 1-18 within your household .  USDA has granted a waiver to allow these meals to be served at NO CHARGE for the entire 20-21 school year.  



For planning purposes, please complete this quick survey as soon as possible.  If you already completed the survey, you only need to complete if you have additional children who needs meals.   On Wed.,  Sept. 9, all respondents will receive a pick-up card that will need to be displayed when picking up meals. Children do not need to be present.

Meals will be packaged 5 days for hybrid students and 7 days for virtual learners at a time so less frequent pickups are needed to honor social distancing guidelines. Please do your best to pick up your meals.  

Meal pick-up will be at our new high school located at 4101 Summit Road  and will occur every Wednesday during the first quarter from 2-6 p.m.  All meal packs will include 5 or 7  breakfasts and 5 or 7 lunch meals. Changes to pick-up times will be communicated if necessary.  

To pick up meals: Please bring your pick-up card to make pick up easier.  You will park along the sidewalk behind the high school, and while wearing a mask enter the building at door E113.  Please distance in line.   Staff and volunteers will then place your meals in a wagon or on a cart for you to take to your vehicle.    The wagon or cart will then need returned to the doorway vestibule.
